Privacy
The product searches public creator profiles on X, YouTube and Telegram on behalf of the workspace that runs the search. What it stores about people using the product: an email address, a password held by the authentication service and never by us, and the working data a workspace creates, favorites, search history and keyword positions, scoped to that workspace.
Scraped creator records describe public figures' public presence and carry an expiry. Deleting a workspace cascades: its people, favorites, history and usage counts go with it.

Terms
Access is invite-only during testing. An account is personal; allowances are per workspace. The product provides discovery, pricing estimates and drafting assistance; decisions made with them, including any commercial engagement with a creator, are the customer's own. Prices shown by the deal tools are negotiating estimates, not offers or facts.
Do not use the product to harass, to spam, or to contact people in ways that violate the platforms' rules or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Security and data
Hosting is in the EU, Frankfurt, with other regions available per workspace. Workspaces are isolated at the database layer with row-level security; roles are per person; sessions can be ended from any device. Data access to the underlying providers is ours to run and ours to pay for: customers hold no vendor accounts and no keys.
Security reports go to the same address and reach a person. Please include enough detail to reproduce; we acknowledge within two working days.
Subprocessors
The product runs on a small set of infrastructure providers: hosting and edge delivery, a managed Postgres database in the EU, the data vendors that serve public platform data, and a model provider for drafting and headline reading. A named, current list is available on request at the address above and will be published on this page before general availability.
